A class which improves fitness levels, and burns up to 400 calories. An exciting class using a stationary cycle.


BODY CONDITIONING

A none impact resistance training programme that uses barbells and adjustable weights with high reps to tone and condition the body. A great way to lose weight and change your body shape. Suitable all levels.
